Product Notes
Our room sprays, candles, incense, and perfume oils are handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients. Slight variations in color, clarity, or appearance are a natural part of handmade products and make each one uniquely yours. Because we use clean ingredients and minimal synthetic additives, you may notice slight separation in our room sprays over time. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or performance of the product. Simply give your room spray a gentle shake before each use to re-blend the ingredients. To help preserve the scent and quality of your products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Domestic Shipping
Please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Every order is packaged by hand with care and intention because we believe the experience should feel just as special as what's inside. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door. During new product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible. At this time, we ship within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
Returns & Exchanges:
Because our products are handcrafted and considered personal-use items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@balancednaturewellness.com. Include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll make it right. We know that fragrance is deeply personal, and sometimes a scent may not be exactly what you expected. While we can't accept returns on opened products, we genuinely want you to love your purchase. If your fragrance isn't the right fit, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. We'd be happy to help you choose a scent that better matches your preferences whenever possible. Our goal is to create products you'll look forward to using every day, and we're always here to help guide you toward the perfect scent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend:Checking around your property and with neighbors. Contacting the shipping carrier for assistance. Reaching out to us if you still need help. We'll gladly assist however we can.
